About Me

C.F. Sterling was born in the United States and spent his childhood in South America.

He is an accomplished Occupational Therapist OTR and hand therapist CHT in active practice who loves travel, cultures and languages.

However he considers his greatest gift to be a spiritual awakening that led him to pursue creative writing. This cathartic endeavor has led to many short stories he wrote for himself never intending to publish them.

I feel the greatest and highest achievement of the self will be the journey not the end of self-discovery that opens your consciousness to a new beginning.

The duality of man is a falsity constructed between a thin veil of hopeful light and desperate dark entities of the self. This duality can be seen in the false personas we create daily to get through our day. Wouldn’t it be relieving to break free of these false chains and get off the treadmill to awaken to a new reality?
