Priority of Purposeful Action

Writing down your desires is a key to prioritizing them.  If your mind cannot see the obstacle or the desire you hold it can’t help you solve or obtain it.  I prioritized happiness in my twenties as I took my first pilgrimage. It was such a broad feeling I didn’t understand at the time that I had to create more detail around that feeling. When I got back to the United States the dream state dissipated and gave way to a reality of responsibility and worry. I encourage you to write down a list of obstacles (not problems) impeding your moving forward with the best version of yourself. Then write down feelings that you want to have versus your material wants.

Why?  Because all material gains started with a feeling that  propelled them forward to manifest into a reality and the circumstances that created them.

My worst outcome patients had one common feeling, despair.

My best outcome patients enjoy people and found positives in the little things.
